Punjab & Haryana HC Stays Punjab Government's Recovery Notice to Sugar Mills - (07 Oct 2016)

Punjab and Haryana HC has stayed Punjab Government’s recovery notices, issued to three private sugar mills, for making Rs 50 per quintal payment to sugarcane growers.
