Punjab & Haryana HC Directs State Government to Revise Pension for Pre-2011 Retirees - (06 Oct 2016)

Punjab & Haryana HC has asked State Government to revise pension of pre-2011 retirees and has held that pre- January 2006 retirees are entitled to re-fixation of their pension as per December 2011 notification of Government without any retrospective effect.
