Bombay HC Seeks IRDA’s Response over Plan to Recover Unpaid Hospital Bills - (06 Oct 2016)

Bombay HC has sought a response from Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (IRDA) on insurance companies floating a scheme where hospitals can recover unpaid bills.
