Delhi HC Allows Civic Bodies to Remove Vendors from No-Hawking Zones - (06 Oct 2016)

Delhi HC has allowed Civic Agencies to remove vendors from areas designated as 'No-Hawking Zones' prior to the 2014 Street Vending Act.
