SC Stays J&K HC Order Directing Arrest of Army Officer in Custodial Disappearance Case - (03 Sep 2015)

SC has stayed J&K High Court order, which had directed SIT of J&K Police to arrest Brigadier Kishore Malhotra. SC has also directed state police not to arrest an Army officer over his alleged involvement in custodial disappearance of a chemist chemist from Rawalpora in 2002.
