Delhi HC Says Delay in Formulating Scheme has Defeated the Purpose of Street Vendors Act - (05 Oct 2016)

Delhi HC has said that delay in formulating a scheme to carry out a survey of street vendors in the city and issuing them certificates to sell their wares on the roadsides has "defeated the purpose" of the law.
