NGT Directs GDA to Obtain Environment Clearance for Elevated Road Project - (05 Oct 2016)

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has directed Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) to obtain environmental clearance from Uttar Pradesh Environment Authority for construction of a six-lane Hindon elevated road connecting NH-24.
