Bombay HC Slams State Government over ‘Intentionally’ Delaying Procurement of Decibel Meters - (05 Oct 2016)

Bombay HC has taken strong exception to delay in procurement of decibel meters in Maharashtra saying State Government was “deliberately and intentionally” delaying the process so that noise levels are not checked during Navratri and Diwali festivals.
