Rajasthan HC Grants Bail to MLA’s Son in BMW Hit-&-Run Case - (05 Oct 2016)

Rajasthan HC has granted bail to Siddharth Maharia, son of Independent MLA Nandkishore Maharia, who is main accused in BMW hit-and-run case of July 3, in which three persons were killed.
