National Green Tribunal Imposes Fine on Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board - (04 Oct 2016)

National Green Tribunal (NGT), while noting the “indifferent conduct” of Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board Officers, has slapped a fine of Rs 20,000 on it for not submitting documents relating to beverages major Coca Cola’s Hapur plant in Uttar Pradesh.
