Gujarat HC Notices Passport Office & Surat Police Commissioner Over Denial of Passport to Ex-Minister - (04 Oct 2016)

Gujarat HC has issued notice to Regional Passport Office and Surat Police Commissioner after Ex-minister, Mohammad Surti, who was acquitted in the 1993 Surat twin blast case, was denied passport.
