Madras HC Grants Relief to 3 OBC Students in National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) - (04 Oct 2016)

Madras HC, while granting relief to three students, who “inadvertently” stated they belonged to the general category while appearing for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET), has directed the authorities to treat them as candidates of the OBC category as claimed.
