Hyderabad HC: Divorce should not be Withheld if Matrimonial Breakdown is Irreparable - (03 Oct 2016)

Hyderabad HC has held that once the parties are separated and separation has continued for a sufficient length of time and if one of them is now seeking a divorce, it can well be presumed that marriage had broken and it is better to grant them divorce.
