Madras HC Stays Proceedings against Puducherry Minister over False Details in his Election Affidavit - (03 Oct 2016)

Madras HC has stayed further proceedings against Puducherry Minister Malladi Krishna Rao on file of the Judicial Magistrate Court at Yanam which has arraigned him as an accused following a complaint that he had furnished "false details" in his election affidavit.
