Bombay HC to Petitioner: Let State Decide Over Yoga in Civic Schools - (03 Oct 2016)

Bombay HC has directed a petitioner to challenge Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation’s (BMC’s) resolution, which made Suryanamaskar compulsory in all civic-run schools, before the State Government.
