SC Refuses to Stay Punjab & Haryana HC Judgment Quashing Parliamentary Secretaries Appointment - (03 Oct 2016)

SC has declined to stay a judgment of Punjab and Haryana HC that had quashed appointments of 18 Chief Parliamentary Secretaries in Punjab.
