Madras HC Stays UGC’s Restraint on Distance Education Courses - (30 Sep 2016)

Madras HC has stayed operation of a communication sent by University Grants Commission (UGC) in July this year directing Madurai Kamaraj University to stop offering courses through distance education mode from the academic year 2016-17.
