Bombay HC Denies Relief to ‘Illegal’ SoBo Building Developer - (30 Sep 2016)

Bombay HC while dismissing an application by the developer seeking protection from a BMC order to stop work and demolish the building, has refused relief to a four-storey "illegal" building that came up in the heart of South Mumbai in Colaba.
