Chennai Based Aachi Spices & Foods Wins Trademark Case in United States - (29 Sep 2016)

Trademark Trial and Appellate Board of United States Patent & Trademark Office has upheld claims of Chennai-based Aachi Spices and Foods in a trademark case against California-based restaurant Aachi Aapakadai.
