Jharkhand HC to State Government: Make Rehabilitation Scheme for Destitute - (29 Sep 2016)

Jharkhand HC has directed State Government to prepare rehabilitation schemes for destitute people after taking suo motu cognizance of a report about a woman eating food from floor in a government hospital.
