Bombay HC Rules, Suspecting Wife’s Character Amounts to Cruelty - (28 Sep 2016)

Bombay HC, while quashing a family court verdict, has allowed an Amravati woman to end her marriage by ruling that “suspecting wife’s character is cruelty to her”.
