SC Rejects Plea against Madras HC Order Barring Publishing Lawyers', Judges’ Names - (27 Sep 2016)

Supreme Court has rejected appeal against Madras High Court order directing all print and electronic media not to publish the names of judges and lawyers in the news pertaining to cases.
