SC Issues Notice to Centre, Others over Plea Seeking Guidelines on Raids - (27 Sep 2016)

SC has sought responses from Centre and investigating agencies including CBI and ED on a PIL seeking framing of guidelines to safeguard rights of common public against alleged misuse of investigating powers during search and seizure.
