Patna HC Sets Aside Engineer’s Transfer Order, Rebukes Deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav - (26 Sep 2016)

Patna HC has called Bihar Deputy CM Tejashwi Prasad Yadav a ‘greenhorn’ for his decision to transfer an engineer of State’s Building Construction Department on recommendations of an MLA and restored the official to his original place of posting.
