Gujarat HC Refuses to Quash Charges against Pepsico in Food Adulteration Case - (26 Sep 2016)

Gujarat HC has denied to quash charges against PepsiCo India Holdings Pvt Ltd and its nominee Hasmukh Mewada in the 2002 case over criticizing it for its efforts to drag trial for over a decade.
