Bombay HC to EOW: Investigate Builder Who Sold Redevelopment Flats Of Allottees - (26 Sep 2016)

Bombay HC has directed Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of Mumbai Police to investigate a case they registered against developer Shekhar Dadarkar on Sep. 17, observing that he was being "thoroughly dishonest with the court" despite assurances to restore allotments to 3 original occupants of property.
