Supreme Court Rejects Petition Challenging Jurisdiction in Surplus Spectrum Case - (01 Sep 2015)

Supreme Court has rejected petitions of two telecom firms (Hutchison Max (P) Ltd and Sterling Cellular Ltd.) in 2002 additional spectrum allocation case, challenging special 2G court's jurisdiction to deal with matter, asking companies whether they were bent upon preventing trial.
