Gujarat HC: It Will Take a Long Way in "Restoring" Confidence of People in Police - (01 Sep 2015)

Gujarat HC has observed that impartial inquiry by CID in death of Shwetang Patel will go a long way in "restoring" confidence of people in "fairness and objectivity" of Gujarat Police. The observation came after state govt. filed report on ongoing inquiry of Shwetang’s alleged custodial death.
