Bombay HC: No Need to ‘Recall’ Witnesses in Bilkis Bano Gang Rape Case - (23 Sep 2016)

Bombay HC has rejected plea made by defence team to recall two witnesses, including a child witness, then merely 8 years old and a CBI Officer to testify again in attempt to prove that there was no eyewitness testimony to Bilkis Bano gang rape and multiple murders in 2002, Gujarat.
