Bombay HC Rejects Bail Plea of Cop who Resorted to Third-Degree Torture Leading to Custodial Death - (22 Sep 2016)

Bombay HC, while rejecting pre-arrest bail plea of a police officer from Satara, has said that Police personnel who resort to third degree torture leading to death in custody deserve no sympathy.
