SC: State Should Regulate Fee in Pvt. Schools - (21 Sep 2016)

SC, while hearing a long pending case over fee hike by private schools in Telangana, has said "State can and should constitute District Fee Regulatory Committee (DFRC) in order to regulate fees in private schools, including those affiliated to CBSE and ICSE boards."
