SC Put Stay on Admission to Unclaimed Medical Seats in All-India Quota - (21 Sep 2016)

SC, on a petition filed by students in Delhi who have sought a second chance at claiming 15% seats in government institutes for NRIs and students from other states in private medical and dental colleges, has stayed admissions to unclaimed seats from the 15% all-India quota from Maharashtra.
