2006 Aurangabad Arms Haul Case: Bombay HC Directs SIT to Probe ‘Murder’ of Accused - (20 Sep 2016)

Bombay High Court has directed to set up special investigation team (SIT), to probe the allegations of murder of suspected LeT terrorist Shaikh Abdul Naeem Karim, an accused in 2006 Aurangabad arms haul case.
