Patna HC: If Divorce Decree Goes Unchallenged, the Second Marriage is Legal - (19 Sep 2016)

Patna HC, while considering sustainability of a decree for judicial separation, has held that if divorce decree is not challenged then appeal against the decree in absence of any order of stay would became infructuous and could not be interfered with.
