Bombay HC Declines to Stay ‘Surya Namaskar’ in Civic Schools - (19 Sep 2016)

Bombay HC, while observing that 'Surya Namaskar' is just a form of an exercise good for body, has declined to grant an interim stay on a resolution by the BMC making yoga and 'Surya Namaskar' mandatory in civic schools.
