Delhi HC Rejects Copyright Case against DU’s Photocopy Shop - (16 Sep 2016)

Delhi HC has rejected suits by three international publishers against sale of photocopied books and pages in Delhi University (DU), a landmark verdict likely to have a wide-reaching impact on copyright laws in India.
