Madhya Pradesh HC Commutes Life Imprisonment to 7 Years in Murder Case - (16 Sep 2016)

Madhya Pradesh HC has commuted to seven years jail term life imprisonment awarded to a man for murder of a ten-year-old boy, holding that it was a culpable homicide not amounting to murder.
