Karnataka HC: NEET Mandatory Even for Admission under NRI Quota - (16 Sep 2016)

Karnataka HC has upheld circular issued by Medical Council of India (MCI), which had asked all medical colleges to fill up seats under NRI/foreign nationals quota only from merit list prepared on basis of marks secured by candidates in National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET), from 2016-17.
