NGT Slams Govt. Over Existing System of Issuing Pollution Under Control (PUC) Certificates - (31 Aug 2015)

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has objected to Centre's plea that fitness instead of age should be sole criterion in phasing out old vehicles and raised questions over existing system of issuing pollution under control (PUC) certificates.
