SC Seeks Center, Election Commission's Views over Lifetime Ban on Convicted Politicians - (15 Sep 2016)

SC has formally sought views of Centre and Election Commission on a public interest litigation demanding a lifetime ban on convicted politicians after a quick trial which should end in a year.
