Bombay High Court Stays National Green Tribunal's Order Imposing Fine on MBMC - (31 Aug 2015)

Bombay High Court has stayed order issued by National Green Tribunal which directed Mira Bhayander Municipal Corporation (MBMC) to deposit Rs 70 crore with divisional commissioner (Konkan) for dumping and incinerating garbage in open.
