Law Commission Report No. 260 analysing draft model Indian bilateral investment treaty - (28 Aug 2015)

The Law Commission released its 260th Report on 'Analysis of the 2015 Draft Model Indian Bilateral Investment Treaty'. The bi-lateral investment treaty programme is an attempt to increase investment in-flow into the country and boost investor confidence.
