NGT Issues Notice to Haryana & Others over Aravali Car Rally - (12 Sep 2016)

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has issued notices to Haryana Government, Forest Department, State Pollution Control Board and the organiser of a car rally for granting permission to hold the event.
