SC: Govt. Should not be Funding Jammu and Kashmir Separatists - (09 Sep 2016)

SC, while agreeing to take a plea sharing the concern of a Delhi-based lawyer protesting against government funds to Jammu and Kashmir-based separatists and wishing to declare such a move unconstitutional, has said, “We also share the same feeling,” .
