NGT Notices State Govt.(s) on a Plea over Restricting “Manja” - (09 Sep 2016)

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has sought information on various orders passed by High Courts and notifications issued by State Govts on banning or restricting use of glass-coated 'manja' (strings) for flying kites across the country and also issued notices to all the State Governments.
