SEBI Tightens Delisting Norms - (08 Sep 2016)

Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has marginally tightened delisting norms and said in case of compulsory delisting, if company’s fair value is positive, it cant effect transfer of equity shares via sale, pledge or in any manner till the promoters of such a firm provide an exit option.
