Delhi HC Injuncts Britannia from Selling “NutriChoice Zero” Biscuits - (06 Sep 2016)

Delhi HC, while providing an interim relief to ITC Ltd, has injuncted rival company Britannia Industries Ltd from selling its digestive biscuits, NutriChoice Zero.
