SC to Amity: Was Student Harassed? - (06 Sep 2016)

SC, while observing that there was “an element of suspicion“ in suicide of Amity Law School (ALS) student Sushant Rohilla allegedly after being denied permission to sit for examination owing to lack of requisite attendance, has asked them to explain and present documents with attendance records.
