Calcutta HC Scraps Pvt. Medical College's Admission List for Management Quota Entry - (06 Sep 2016)

Calcutta HC has scrapped entire list of 77 medical candidates published by KPC Medical College and Hospital for admission under management quota, sending a stern signal to private colleges found flouting the Supreme Court's court order and Medical Council of India's regulations.
