Gujarat High Court Raps Gujarat Police for Custodial Death of Shwetang Patel - (28 Aug 2015)

Gujarat High Court has rapped police for custodial death of Shwetang Patel who died due to severe beating by police in custody when violence broke out in State following rally by Patel community seeking reservation. Also ordered police to file his mother's FIR and a CBI inquiry into the matter.
